Clinch Powell was awarded the HOME Grant from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, which provides funding to make homeownership affordable and will make homeownership dreams come true for at least five low-income families and will provide up to $15k per household for downpayment and closing cost assistance in Hamblen and Jefferson counties!
