The Enterprise Community is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors
comprised of representatives from each of the counties. The Board governs the policy, direction and activities
of the Enterprise Community. Below is a listing of the Clinch Powell Enterprise
Community Board of Directors for Fiscal year 2005/6. The Board has one standing
committee, the executive committee, which is comprised of the officers
and two other board members.
In addition to our board members, we have a number of individuals who provide resources and technical help to the board.

The Clinch-Powell Enterprise Community staff includes the following individuals.
Lindy Turner - Enterprise Community and RC&D Executive Coordinator

Lindy has been involved with the Clinch-Powell RC&D since the inception
of the organizing steering committee in 1988 and on through the application
process before becoming coordinator in 1990. The RC&D is the lead
entity for the Clinch-Powell Enterprise Community. She is an employee
of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service assigned to work for
the Clinch-Powell RC&D Council to assist in carrying out its programs.
She works with staff to carry out the mission of both the Enterprise Community
and RC&D boards.
Candy Barbee - Enterprise Community Administrative Assistant

Candy has been with the RC&D since 2001. She is a small business
owner of 22 years, who is now working for the Enterprise Community as the Program
Assistant. She is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Enterprise
Community Board.
Sara Knight- Financial Manager

Sara Knight, CPA, had seven years of nonprofit auditing experiance before
starting a private consulting proactice specializing in nonprofit entities
in 2001. Sara has eight years direct experience with various RC&D's
and has been on staff since 2003.
Chris Osborn - Clinch-Powell Regional Network Project

Chris has been on staff since November 2000. He manages the Clinch-Powell
Regional Nework of the Clinch-Powell Enterprise Communit, as well as many of the RC&D's housing programs. Chris
is also in charge of this web site and should be contacted for corrections
or comments.
