Clinch-Powell RC&D is applying for a grant through the USDA Rural Development Housing Preservation Grant Program. This funding would provide Clinch-Powell with grant funds that would be used in the Lakeway Region including Hancock, Cocke and surrounding counties to do health and safety home repairs for seniors, individuals with disabilities, individuals, and families who are in very low- or low-income households.
