We are doing our part to flatten the curve and continue to serve! While protecting our clients, customers, neighbors and employees is our number one goal during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue full operations to serve you. At Clinch-Powell, we have always taken pride that when you call us, you know that a person will answer the phone who can connect you with the service you need. That will not change, although a few things will.
Our COVID-19 plan will have most employees working remotely. Staff will be making special efforts at this time to set up appointments at your convenience by accommodating evening appointments when needed.
Our physical office will be staffed from 9 am – 3 pm, Monday-Friday and we ask that you give us a call before coming to the office. We believe this is the best way to continue to serve until this crisis is over. You can continue to connect with your specialist via email, access services online or call our office at 865-828-5927 and let us help you with your needs! Remember that the best way to beat this beast is to wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, don’t touch your face, sanitize smartly, stay home and do your business via remote means.
