Welcome to the Clinch-Powell Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council. Clinch-Powell RC&D is a rural community development organization serving Claiborne, Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins, Union, Hamblen, & Jefferson counties. Our mission is to serve the needs of our communities, to protect our environment, and to enhance the quality of life of the people of the area through leadership, education, volunteerism, and action. The RC&D is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

 

June is National Home Ownership month

June is National Home Ownership month and Clinch Powell Home Team, a not-for-profit community housing development agency serving the Lakeway region, is proudly announcing a series of workshops for anyone who dreams of owning a home.  The first workshop will be June 27 at 6 pm at the Rose Center in Classroom 2 in Morristown.
